These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuizLok mobile application ("App") operated by QuizLok ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
QuizLok is an educational application that generates AI-powered quizzes to help users study. Users earn screen time rewards by completing quizzes. The App offers both Individual and Family subscription plans.
You must create an account to use QuizLok. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
For Family accounts, the parent or guardian is responsible for all activity under their account, including any child profiles they create.
Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with access to up to 3 topics. No payment is required during the trial period.
Subscriptions: After the trial, a paid subscription is required for unlimited topics and full access. Subscriptions are available as Individual (monthly or yearly) and Family (monthly or yearly) plans.
Billing: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect on their next renewal.
Quiz questions are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude). While we take steps to verify accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. QuizLok is an educational supplement and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for any subject matter.
We do not guarantee that quiz content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific educational purpose, test, or exam.
QuizLok may use Apple's Screen Time API to restrict access to selected apps on the device. This feature:
We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by app restrictions, including inability to access restricted apps due to technical issues.

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by QuizLok and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated quiz content is provided for your personal educational use only.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuizLok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to apps due to restriction features, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
